Every studio features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (complete with a refrigerator and a kettle), as well as a bathroom with shower. Each studio can accommodate up to 2 guests. Upon request, an extra bed can be added, with a €10 surcharge.

All rooms feature single or double beds, furnished balcony or veranda with beautiful sea views, TV, air conditioning and WiFi internet access. There is a cleaning service every 2-3 days(depends schedule), and sheets/towels are changed every 3 days. Pets are allowed upon request and discussion with the management.

The building is located in the ideal area for any traveler; it is both peaceful and within reach of the popular tourist resort of Laganas and its sandy beaches. There, one can find the National Marine Park and nesting ground for the endangered loggerhead Caretta Caretta turtles, along with many bars, shops, night clubs, restaurants and traditional taverns. Zante Town, the capital of Zakynthos Island, is just a 10 minutes’ drive away.
